Q. I've set up my PayPal membership plan and created a classroom account, but my account hasn't been approved yet. What do I do?
A. Memberships are typically approved within one business day of cleared payment and classroom account creation. The approval process can be delayed if the email you used for PayPal is different from the email you used for the classroom. Please email us at info@kathrynscraps.com with both emails and we'll get you approved right away!

Q. I'm in the classroom. How do I chat?
A. If you'd like to create a custom chat id for the classroom, click the "Chatroll" button below the chat box and then click "Sign Up" to open a new window and create a Chatroll account. You can also log in to chat through Facebook or Twitter.

Q. What time are classes?
A. Unless otherwise announced, live classes are on Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern USA time and again from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern USA time.

Click HERE to convert Eastern USA to your time zone.

Q. How do I access the archives?
There is a link to the archives in the classroom under the video player. Click it and you'll go right to them!

Q. The archives require a password. How do I find it?
A. For security reasons, the password to the archives changes each month. The new password will always be posted in the classroom directly below the link to the archives.

Q. Why can't I watch the video archives on my iPad?
A. Many of the videos in the USTREAM archives are flash videos, which may not play on some tablets and mobile devices. For playing flash videos on tablets and other mobile devices, we suggest the Puffin Browser App.

Click HERE to download the Puffin Browser app.

Q. I downloaded some of my favorite videos from the archives, but they won't play on my computer. What do I do?
A. Many of the videos in the USTREAM archives are flash videos. Not all computers are sold with a video player capable of playing flash videos. For playing flash videos on desktops or laptops, we suggest the VLC Media Player.

Click HERE to download the VLC Media Player.

Q. If I don't have a classroom account, can I still purchase manuals and kits and follow along with the projects I'm interested in?
A. Yes! Non-members will be given access to classroom archives for the album, manual or kit which they purchased. To watch the live shows and follow along during the actual classes, membership is required.
