Memorial Day Sale!

As many of you already know, my husband is a 22 year Veteran of the United States Air Force who has served in both Korea and Afghanistan.
This Memorial Day Weekend, we would be honored if you would consider remembering our fallen soldiers by donating to a charity that supports veterans, military and military families.

Here are three charities that support the military and their families:
Fisher House Foundation
Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund
National Military Family Association

As a thank you from everyone here at Kathryn Scraps for your constant generosity, please enjoy 20% off on everything in our shop at through Monday with coupon code MEMORIAL2014.

Thank You!

Kathryn & Mr. Lifeguard

  3. Happy Memorial Day and thank you for your service to our country, Mr. LG! And Kathryn, too!

  4. Mr. LG, thank you for your service and Happy Memorial Day. Kathryn, being an ex-Navy wife myself, I know that you, too, are owed a debt of gratitude for what you have to sacrifice having a spouse in the military. Happy Memorial Day to you both.

  5. I am thankful that I discovered this blog , just the right information that I was looking for! .
Awesome post and right to the point, I am not sure if this is in fact the best place to ask but do you people have any idea where to get some professional writers? Thanks in advance

  6. I didn't know that -- I'm a fellow spouse. My husband just retired after 22 years in the USAF as well. We are finally buying our first home. Hopefully I can soon get back to crafting.

  7. That's a very compelling call. There are a lot of struggles that military people go through that goes beyond the extent of the battlefield. It is up to us to give them all their needed support to reclaim the bits and pieces of comfort and ease what they had needed to shed. In any way, I think you're doing a good job on that one. Kudos and all the best to you!
