TGIF: Paper Bag Album, Part Two!

Hi, everyone! Welcome back to Life on the {Scrap}beach! I wasn't planning on uploading Part Two of the Paper Bag Album Series until Saturday, but since you were all so excited to see the next part of the paper bag album, I have posted it as an extra special Friday treat!

I just uploaded a the new video over on my YouTube channel.

This is part two of a series I am doing on a paper bag album with a family theme. I've finished constructing the album itself and it's now time for the fun part -- decorating the pages inside!

Thanks for watching & I hope you enjoy it!

  3. Thanks, Steff! Yeah, I definitely was not the biggest fan of paper bag albums before I started this one -- they're definitely growing on me, though! I'm glad you think it's coming along well!

Hi, Brandy, thanks so much! I really appreciate it. I have not seen a paper bag album done exactly like this before, either. I really like making the giant tags -- I think that it's so fun.

  6. I love the pages you have done so far on the paper bag album. Just beautiful! Do you have to use a fabric ink to stamp on the flowers? Your two videos have inspired me to try a paper bag album of my own - thank you! Looking forward to your next video. Nancy

  7. Thanks, Tracy & Jill! I'm so glad you guys are enjoying the album.

Nancy, I used Colorbox Fluid Chalk Ink. I like that it doesn't soak into chipboard and paper as much as regular dye inks.
